SAFETY

No chew tool is indestructible. Wear/tear may be expected given the nature of the intended use. How long they last is typically equal to the amount and intensity of the chewing, as well as other variables (such as teeth/Jaw strength, stress/anxiety levels). While for some people a chew tool will last forever, for others with heavy/aggressive oral needs, they may go through it very quickly.
Due to the sizes of some of the pieces we do not recommend our chewies for under 5's.
Please supervise at all times, regularly inspect the chew, and replace if necessary if the item shows signs of wear and tear
Some people may chew the clasp and cord, this is not intended due to choking hazard. Discontinue use, and consider the tough guy chew stick that is not a necklace
If they have chewed through the clasp do not tie up and use without clasp. this is a strangulation hazard
Do not wear to bed

After a few weeks of practicing having the necklace around my sons neck he finally feels comfortable and is using it to chew instead of trying to chew other non food items around the house! Also helps that it's a dinosaur which he loves ❤️

I have found this helpful has stopped my grandson bitting himself. But it is hard to keep on him as he knows how to pull it off

Hi Charmaine, great to hear its making a positive difference. The safety clasp is there to avoid any risk of strangulation- hence the being able to pull it off...We do have 'tough guy', a tough handheld chewie...Other option is we have a deal where if you get 3 chewies the last one is free...Could be an idea if its working to have a couple spares on hand if he takes it off and cant be found. ;)
