As you can appreciate Courier fees have gone through the roof. We offer a seriously subsidised $8 shipping rate, $13 Rural Delivery, and For the "Complete sensory room package", a Bulk Shipping rate of $35 applies.

All our items are sent by tracked Courier, and closely monitored by Zend, our Logistics Partners to ensure you get your goodies in good time. Our products should get to you within 1-5 days depending on location and external factors such as the impact of covid on the Courier industry.  As rural delivery is an extra set of hands to go through, you should allow a further 2 to 3 days. 

Refunds & Returns

Yes, we have a 14-day refund policy if you change your mind. Simply post it back to our warehouse and, after inspection, we will refund your payment. To be eligible for a refund, your blanket must be unused in the same condition as it was delivered. Pack-aging intact.

Please note, the cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility.

In the case of an exchange, you'll be responsible only for any difference in pricing.

In case of a fault you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if you prefer. In this case we will cover the cost of the shipping.

Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase is required.

Please note: some kids have an immediate and positive response to weighted blankets, while others take time to get used to it. We suggest having a little faith in the deep touch pressure!
