INSTALLATION (or professional or competent handyperson)

 Step 1 Locate a beam minimum 4cm wide, and a site with 1 metre radius from any objects.

 Step2 Use base plate to mark holes in beam. Use 6mm bit or smaller drill to 5cm depth into beam.

 Step 3 Offer up base plate over holes, then insert and tighten 2 screws supplied into base plate and into drill holes until plate is tight and flush with ceiling.

 Step 4 Connect carabina to plate, thread rope through swing and carabina, and adjust length accordingly. Swing away!
